Terms of sale

1. DEFINITION AND PURPOSE OF THE CONTRACT
1.1 - This agreement ("Agreement") is a distance contract pursuant to Art. 50 et seq. Of Legislative Decree no. September 6, 2005, No 206 ("Consumer Code"). The Contract for the sale of goods between Milanese Cartographic Publishing Ltd., with registered offices in via Royal 5-20037 Paderno Dugnano (MI), a company registered at REA MILAN N. 1297259 - Iscr. Trib Monza N. 40712 - Milan Company Reg No MI149-40 712 - Tax Identification09478230155 - VAT IT00961400967 ("ECM") and consumer ("Customer"). The Contract is concluded directly through the acceptance of an offer to buy ECM issued by the customer via the Internet web site www.ortelio sel-ecm.it (the "Site") and / or through other methods of saledistance of the ECM, on the basis of the procedures described in article 3.
1.2 These terms and conditions ("Terms") and, in particular, the information specified in Art. 52 of the Consumer Code, as provided by the ECM on the Site, shall remain valid and effective until they are modified and / or supplemented by ECM. Any changes and / or additions to the General Conditions will be effective from the date they will be made public and will apply to sales made after that date. The latest updated version of the General Conditions is available on the Site

2. PRICES
2.1 - The sales prices of the products shown on the Site are in Euros (€) and include Value Added Tax (VAT) according to the different typologies.
2.2 - The resulting total price at the end of the Order is inclusive of shipping charges indicated on the Site, but does not include customs duties and / or additional charges on the sale, required for import of goods in foreign territory. Any additional charge for customs clearance will be borne by the recipient.
2.3 - The payment of the price to be paid:
- When the order for the payment by Credit Card or PayPal
- At the time of product delivery, payment on delivery. This payment can be made in cash only and only for orders delivered in Italy that do not require customization.

3. METHOD 'OF PURCHASE AND PAYMENT
3.1 - In case of purchase proposals submitted through the Site the Customer will receive an e-mail address to ECM summary, which will be informed that your purchase proposal is being drafted and will be deemed accepted, unless otherwise communication- ECM sent by mail or telephone within 3 (three) calendar days of receipt of the e-mail summary. After that period, the Contract is to be understood by Internet perfected.
3.2 - The customer will be allowed to choose one of the following methods of payment:
(A) payment on delivery, to be made to the courier upon delivery of products. This payment can be made in cash only and only for orders delivered in Italy that do not require customization.
(B) through any other means of payment from time to time indicated as valid by the CME Website at the time of the order.

4. DELIVERY OF PRODUCTS - CLAIMS
4.1 - ECM delivers the products to the address specified by the customer generally 2 / 3 working days for Italy, 5 working days for foreign countries, the conclusion of the Agreement.The times are approximate and not binding to ECM.
4.2 - Any complaint will be forwarded to the following address: Cartographic Publishing Milanese srl - via Royal 5-20037 Paderno Dugnano (MI)

5. AVAILABILITY OF PRODUCTS
5.1 - ECM accepts customer orders for the quantity of the required products in stock.Therefore, the acceptance by the ECM purchase proposal submitted by the Customer is subject to stock availability of these products. CME is committed to promptly notify the customer if any unforeseen breakdowns of stocks due to excess demand or other causes.
5.2 - In case of unavailability of one or more after the Order, ECM can proceed to deliver the products ordered by other customers. The partial delivery is valid and does not entitle the customer to refuse the delivery, indemnity or compensation.

6. WARRANTY AND SERVICE
For products purchased by the customer are applicable to CME rules on guarantees and assistance relating to the sale of consumer goods.

7. OBLIGATIONS OF THE CUSTOMER
7.1 - The Customer represents and warrants that: (i) to be a consumer in accordance with Art.3 of the Consumer Code, (ii) to be of age, (iii) that the data supplied by the same for the execution of the Agreement are true and correct.
7.2 - At the time of delivery, the ownership and the risks relative to Product transportation are transferred to the customer.

8. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
8.1 - The customer has the right to terminate the contract without penalty and without giving any reason within 30 days of receipt of goods.
The customer may exercise the right of withdrawal within that time, showing it by telephone or by written notice at the offices of ECM in art. 4, to be sent by registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt, or by telegram, telex, electronic mail or fax.
8.2 - The Customer who intends to exercise the right of withdrawal must return the products to the address indicated on the invoice, according to the instructions contained in it, within 30 days of receipt of goods. Under Article 55, second paragraph, of the Consumer Code, the Customer shall have no right of withdrawal in the following cases:
- Supply of digital products and software were unsealed by the customer;
- Delivery of products tailored or customized, or which by their very nature, can not be returned or are liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly;
- Supply of newspapers, periodicals and magazines.
8.3 - The costs of returning the products are charged to the customer. ECM will return within 30 days from the date of receipt of goods by the customer: (i) the overall price paid by the customer in case of return of the product complete with all its parts and functions, or (ii) the portion of the price equivalent to the product actually returned by the customer who has used the product in any appreciable way and / or likely to significantly diminish the value.

9. TREATMENT AND CONFIDENTIALITY OF PERSONAL INFORMATION ACCORDING TO LEGISLATIVE DECREE NO. 196/03
1.9 Pursuant to the effects of the provisions of Legislative Decree of June 30, 2003, No. 196 Code on Personal Data Protection (hereinafter the "Code"), we inform you that your personal data, supplied and / or subsequently acquired, will be handled by Cartographic Publishing Ltd. Aims of treatment

Categories of subjects to which data will be transmitted
The processing of personal data in question, for the purposes outlined above, can also be made by individuals or corporations in Italy or abroad, which account for and / or in the interests of Milanese Cartographic Publishing Ltd provide specific services or that activities connected with, or instrumental support.
Therefore, your information may be disclosed for the same purposes, also referred to:
- Anyone who is a legitimate recipient of communications provided by law or regulation (such as, for example, offices and public authorities);

Retention of data
All data collected will not be used for purposes other than those above and will be retained for the period necessary to achieve the same. Rights of

10. JURISDICTION
The Agreement is governed by Italian law. Any dispute regarding the application, implementation, and breach of contract will be before the court in which the customer's residence or domicile, if located in the territory of the Italian State or the Court of Monza, where the customer has his residence or place of business abroad.
